Program Highlights
BLENDED LEARNING MODEL
Learners gather in groups of 15-20 with local supervisors and use an engaging, gamified learning app. Each learner is enrolled in English, Urdu and Math.
TEAM TALEEM LEARNING KIT
The Learning kit comes with an android tablet, headphones, stylus, charger and other required accessories which is all that is needed for learners to start online learning.
LOCAL LANGUAGE AND CONTEXT
Our lessons and instructions are in simple Urdu that our learners can easily understand and follow. The online learning program is suitable for all those who can understand Urdu.
SELF-PACED, FLEXIBLE LEARNING
Learners learn independently, at their pace and schedule, without any additional teacher. Each learner will complete 3 terms to cover curriculum from Pre-K till Grade 2.
DESIGNED FOR REMOTE AREAS
Learners can be at a location of their convenience, close to home. Our learning app works in areas where high-speed internet is not available and there may be electricity outages.
MULTIPLE LEARNERS CAN SHARE KITS
Each learning kit can be used to run multiple shifts in a day. A learning center can enroll 15-20 students in each shift which is supervised by a facilitator.
AFFORDABLE ONLINE LEARNING
Compared to three years of primary school education at a low fee school, Team Taleem offers quality online education at almost HALF the cost without compromising on quality of education.
COMPLETE THE PROGRAM IN 36 WEEKS
Each learner will spend 2.5 hours a day, 5 days a week to complete the curriculum. At this pace most learners will complete a Term in 12 weeks, and 3 Terms in 36 weeks.
MONITORING AND FEEDBACK
The online learning app is integrated with a learning management system. The LMS provides progress reports on each student and evaluates learning outcomes through assessments.
MINIMAL SUPERVISION REQUIRED
The program requires on ground administrative support for handling of tablets and monitoring learner attendance. All Supervisors are trained by TeeSquare team.

Team Taleem was initiated as a pilot project for the mothers of Kiran Foundation here in Lyari. The prime purpose was to educate mothers who had never had the chance to go to school. Through this educational project, mothers now have a chance to study exactly what their younger ones are being taught in mainstream schools.
So far in my experience, I have observed that children are very happy and really enjoy learning with Tablet. They are so happy to have a tablet and learn in such an immersive environment with their digital learning buddies Ali & Zara who guide them through the lessons.
